11 December 2009 If i want to revise form 23B which is already filied with the ROC then what the the procedure to revise it.I have checked from ROC site but did not got the any form which is strictly meant for alteration.Please suggest.

12 December 2009 Simply re-upload your rectified form-23B and prepare a statement of rectification and attach with form-23B.

Also check the approval status of first form-23B.
