29 September 2015 Sir, the java version has changed to work in mca site, it is "8 update 60 with net beans", I have downloaded & run the same in my pc, but still it is not working, kindly guide for the same

29 September 2015 Use only internet explorer latest version (not edge or other browsers some time mozilla will do)

Ensure to have menu bar on the internet explorer. If not there right click on the top portion of the internet explorer -----> select 'menu bar'

From the menu bar go to Tools--> Options--->Security--->Trusted Sites ---> add mca.gov.in as trusted site (deselect https)

Ensure below settings of active x:

Particulars
1. Automatic Prompting for ActiveX controls – Enable
2. Binary and Script behaviors- Enable
3. Download signed ActiveX controls- Enable
4. Download unsigned ActiveX controls – Prompt
5. Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe – Prompt
6. Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins – Enable
7. Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting - Enable

After that: Go to ----> Control Panel ---> Programs ---> Java (32) ---> Security

add: www.mca.gov.in as exception
