11 October 2014 Dear Members Pl Help me ....
Anybody can make me clear that what is MCA fees for forms filing (Annual Filing- ROC) ( All Forms).
and Also Clear that If Authorised Capital increse from 50 lac to 1 cr. , what is fees.

Click on Companies Act,2013, rules,circulars,notification etc.,

Click on 'Circulars".

Then go to 'table of fees'.

PS:- The fee calculation link in MCA portal is not fully operational now. So calculate manually from the above said table since fee depends on event date, filing date and authorized capital.
