24 July 2014 i am filling new form INC 22 for change of address of registered office within city. is it required to file MGT-14 along with form INC 22

24 July 2014 For change of address of registered office within city only board resolution would be required. Hence there is no need to file form MGT.14as special resolution is not required to be passed. Only form INC 22 will be filed with ROC.
