will consent to act as director be filed with roc at the time of appointment of director as additional director needed. shall we file form 32 for appointment of additinal director and also on his confirmatin of director in agm also.

In the case of private limited company's 'consent of directors' need not be attached with e-Form 32.

In case of public company, yes consent letter is required and the same should be filed also
Form 32 will be filed again in case of change of designation from Additional Director to Director
