22 July 2010 If a person is RNOR(Resident but Not Ordinarily Resident) status and has salary income earned from abroad, is he liable to pay tax on that income?

27 July 2010 If the employment is exercised outside India, then salary income is not taxaable in India.

27 October 2010 If he is earning from Indian Company, then its taxable. Otherwise Non taxable

27 October 2010 If he is earning from Indian Company, then its taxable. Otherwise Non taxable
