Can anyone guide me what are the rules for pricing the shares in case of rights issue of shares if the issue for less than 50 lakhs?

I want to know the rules regarding the pricing in case of rights issue, whereas your document does not specify that.

22 July 2010 There are no rules for pricing of rights issues. It is completely dependent on the Board decision. Based on my experience of handling rights for listed companies
