Revision of belated return

I Have e-filed Firm's return belatedly i.e. u/s 139(4) in which Sec 40(b) allowable remuneration was claimed more than what is paid and omitted to fill Self Assessment Tax Details even though the tax was paid. Now i want to revised the return, is it possible or not? If possible mode of filing(e-file/manual)

u can revise return filed belatedly till the last date of acceptance of return expires. It is one year from the end of the assessment year.

Thank you Vaibhav, But as per Sec 139(5), only return filed u/s 139(1) or in pursuance of Sec 142(1) can be revised. There is no provision allowing revision of belated return in sec 139(5). Can i file online?
