Revision after due date filing

15 August 2013 I filled ITR4S online after due date for 13-14 but not send ITR V yet... but i wish to revised it.But when i done so it pops ups as return after due date cant be revised...When I used to filling ITR for 12-13 last year I was revised it many times even after original return was after due date....So give me way...7276993000

20 August 2013 As per Section 139(5), a return can be revised if it is filled in time as per section 139(1)i.e.on or befire the due date. So in ur case, u have filled the return after due date so u cant revised.

20 August 2013 You did not file return u/s 139 (1) due date so it is a case of belated return and belated return is not allowed to be revised.

22 August 2013 I know all this provisions but 2months before we used to revised even beleted return several times but now they dont allow such...We handle more than 3000 clients.

23 August 2013 so you mean to say you had override law and the revised return were accepted by ITO?That is not possible.

23 August 2013 I can show u many time i have e-filled beleated & after that i was also filled revised.But not possible now from last one month.7276993000

23 August 2013 i can show u many court cases also whereby repeatedly hon'able courts have held that belated return filed after due date is over cannot be revised later.
