27 September 2008 Dear sir,

Suppose we have filled all four qtr TDS return for FY2007-08, but now one of the party says that his PAN quoted in TDS certificate mentioned by us is wrong , pl correct it in certificate. If I will make correction in his TDS Certificate, then what about the Return we filled. I think the return was wrong, wt should I do
