Revised services tax return

please any one told me about that how many times a service tax return revised. I m facing problem of that challan which I mentioned in my return not accepted by the NSDL database, so what should i do in this regards.

Many companies are facing the same issue.
For one of our clients we have prepare a submission to the department on this matter with a copy of Challan provided to them. They have accepted the same.
Further intimation by them is awaited.
