XYZ PVT LTD COMPANY WHOES FINANCIAL YEAR IS JAN TO DEC FOR THEM THIS REVISED SCHEDULE APPLICABLE OR NOT???

YES, IT IS APPLICABLE, BECAUSE REVISED SCHEDULE VI IS APPLICABLE w.e.f. 01-APRIL-2011.

But as per MCA notification dated 30/03/2011. which states that revised schedule is applicable for the Financial year commencing on or after 1/4/2011.
In case of above Mentioned Company whose financial year is commenced on 1/01/2011 & ending 31/12/2011. so who it is applicable????
