22 February 2012 YES, IT IS APPLICABLE, BECAUSE REVISED SCHEDULE VI IS APPLICABLE w.e.f. 01-APRIL-2011.

22 February 2012 But as per MCA notification dated 30/03/2011. which states that revised schedule is applicable for the Financial year commencing on or after 1/4/2011.

In case of above Mentioned Company whose financial year is commenced on 1/01/2011 & ending 31/12/2011. so who it is applicable????
