Pvt Limited Company having FY jan 11 to dec 11 whether revised sch VI is applicable

Not applicable for that financial year. But will be applicable from financial year starting on or after Jan 12. As per the notification given by MCA, Revised Sch VI is applicable for financial years starting on or after April 01, 2011.

As per the Government Notification no. F.No.2/6/2008-C.L-V dated 30-
3-2011, the Revised Schedule VI is applicable for the Balance Sheet and
Profit and Loss Account to be prepared for the financial year commencing on
or after April 1, 2011.
