i want to know the applicability of revised schedule vi. is revised schedule vi applicable on all companies or only on selected companies??

All the companies are required to perpare their financial statements as per nwe format perscribed in Schedule VI of the Companies Act with effect from 1st April 2011. There is no exemption given to any companies till today.
