Under line item called 'short term provisions'.

The correct heading would be to treat these under current liabilities as similar to Trade Payables. These services are being rendered by a third party and meets the defintion of a Trade Payable. It is not correct to put it under Short Term Provisions becuase these are not the provisions under AS-29.
