Revised return u/s 148

23 October 2014 My client received notice u/s 148 for AY 2008-09.A return for this AY was already filled on 30.07.2008.But now we come to know that there is some income which is actually escaped by mistake.

I want to know
1)Should I submit revised return u/s 148 now?
2)Will it be valid return? As time for revised return has elapsed.
3)If Yes then whether to file online or offline? Original return was filled offline.

23 October 2014 1. you can file return in response to 148 notice. it would be a valid return. it can be filed online as well as offline. preferably, file offline.
