Hi,
I have submitted the return FY 09-10 in which the interest of home loan wrongly mentioned in loss. With this effect there tax liability
shown. who can help me to resolve this

Was this return filed online? Please ask for a copy of 143(1) intimation. Atleast you would get details of how income tax dept has treated it.
