Pleas assist me how i revised the individual return itr- 1 for the fy 2007-08.

is it possible for revised.

06 April 2015 No, you can not revise the return of AY 2008-09 as the date is already expired.

06 April 2015 BUT SIR I HAVE TDS REFUND ON THIS YEAR AND I DON'T GIVE THE DETAILS IN ORIGINAL RETURN.

06 April 2015 Agree with Mohit, the last date for filing the revised return for FY 2007-08 would be 31/03/2010.

06 April 2015 AFTER 2007 -08 FY I HAVE NOT FILE ANY RETURN.THEN WHAT CAN I DO ? CAN I FILE THE ALL 7 YEARS RETURN NOW.

06 April 2015 you can file application under section 119(2) for condonation of delay in filing returns/revised returns.

06 April 2015 What nikhil is saying is correct but if the amount is not huge then don't go for it as it would lead all those years open for assessment which might be costly to you.

07 April 2015 Mr.Prosun,
What I don't understand is why haven't you filed the returns while you still had time? As Mr.Gaurav said you had time till 31.3.10.
Now you cannot file return.
