Revised ITR-4 Return

I have filed Original(Refund)ITR-4 Return of FY 2008-09 on 29-10-2009 can i file a revised return and what will be the last date for filing revised ITR-4 in such case.

Since original return was filed late u cannot revise the same.

if original return is not in time u can not file revised return....
