my assistant considered the share of profit in partnership firm shown as remuneration and made it taxable wrongly and tax also paid and file the return of income on 31-01-2013 for the A/y 2012-13. now i came to know that exempt income shown as taxable.can i revise this return of income now please advise with section.

you can revise the tax return., and can claim the tax paid as refund
