Revised dealer excise return

23 April 2013 Dear Sir,

One of our client have filed their Quarterly Dealer Excise Return erroneously using the ACES gateway. Now they found that out and would like to revise the same correctly. What is the procedure to do so ?

23 April 2013 There is no provision in the excise to revise the return once filed.

Write a letter to your range office explaining the mistakes and give them paper returns(old & new). They can help you on this issue.
