agree with expert .Return can,t be revised after one year from the end of asst yr or till the assessment is made, whichever is earlier.

Dear Return can't be revised after one year from the end of asst year(i.e.march 31st 2010) or till the assessment is made, whichever is earlier.
As in your case You can revise it if assemt is not made by Assessing Officer,
till march 31st 2011.
Or tell me the whole case i think somethink is missing in your Q.

ya revised return can be filed. one year from the end of the asst year is 31st march 2011
