21 July 2010 Dear Return can't be revised after one year from the end of asst year(i.e.march 31st 2010) or till the assessment is made, whichever is earlier.
As in your case You can revise it if assemt is not made by Assessing Officer,
till march 31st 2011.

Or tell me the whole case i think somethink is missing in your Q.
