Can I revise service tax return beyond 90 dates from the date of filling of return?

No because the law does not permit.

Dear Sir,
So if I file revised return, will it be considered a Valid return. Since, the 90 days period is too short and what is procedure to correct the mistakes.

Departnments are accepting the revised returns beyond ninety days subject to payment of interest and penalty.
