Revise ITR For FY 15-16.

05 July 2017 One of my friend file ITR for FY 15-16 within due date, but later he discovers omission of income relevant to FY 15-16. Although he paid Advance tax for FY 16-17 before 31 March 2017. So whether cab he revise FY 15-16 ITR or not??
