Revise excise return (er-1)

06 December 2013 Dear All,

I am in a very big problem please help me.
My problem is that I have filled ER-1 for Nov-13.
But by mistake some data were wrong in that now i want to revise that return.
But there is not any option to revise the return.
So, what I have to do now to make the return correct and how to revise the return.

06 December 2013 There is no specific provision under Central Excise Rules for filing revised return. You may go to the Range Superintendent and submit the revised return manually.

07 December 2013 Yes it is possible, rectified return you can submit before the superintendent of central excise after 15 Nov-2013.
