hello, purchase from unregistered person 12000/- or above in a day , How to raise bill for purchase in own tax invoice. how to claim or setoff credit for RCM..

Reverse charge not applicable on such purchase from 13th October 2017.

Yes RCM u/s 9(4) is suspended till 31 st March,2018 as decided by 22nd GST Council Meeting
