whether under reverse mechanism scheme,non- directors are compulsory required to take service tax registration??

Non-Directors??? do you mean independent directors and non-wholetime directors!!!.
If the independent director's income is more than 10lacs during the period 01.07.2012 to 06.08.12 then only registration is required. Now the clarification has received that for such remuneration to directors company has to pay the service tax under reverse charge.
