Reverse charges applicable on goods transportation by rail ?

Hi!
I am Bablu Kumar Jha working in a telecom company, out company send goods(Mobile Handsets) to our distributors from Gurgaon to Kolkata by Rail in this case our Logistic company raised bill including full service tax(14.5%) to our company, my querry is can service tax payable by logistic company or it our company liability to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism, if our company will pay how much service tax will pay ?

reverse charge applicable only on transport of goods by road. no rcm under transport of goods by rail
