pls advice me on the service tax matter of reverse charge for work contract. fire and safety equipment contract for newly made hospital ..advice me about tds nd service tax matter. contract is including material.

Service tax is exempt on this service of Works Contract for hospital.
Tds under Income Tax 1% or 2% depends upon nature of contractor.
WCT under VAT will also be applicable check status under your respective State VAT Laws.
