1. IN CASE OF GTA IF THE TRANSPORTER DO NOT HAVE SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION THEN WILL THE RECEIPENT GET CENVAT CREDIT ON SERVICE TAX DEPOSITED BY HIM UNDER REVERSE CHARGE MECHANISM?

yes he will as in reverse charge ccr can be taken on the basis of GAR-7 challan and not on the basis of invoice.
