Is section 9(3) of cgst act extended or applicable,if applicable from what date in case we have not paid and return is filed for that particular month than how to pay

Sec 9(4) of CGST act related activities only Suspended.

sir we have not paid reverse charge on purchase and we have filied GST 3B and GSTR 1 how to rectify

Deposit with interest. RCM is not applicable on purchase, Read Sec 9(3) of the CGST act 2017.
