Is section 9(3) of cgst act extended or applicable,if applicable from what date in case we have not paid and return is filed for that particular month than how to pay

Sec 9(3) of CGST Act related RCM is still applicable from 1st July 2017. The said Sec not Suspended in GST...
Sec 9(4) of CGST act related activities only Suspended.

Deposit with interest. RCM is not applicable on purchase, Read Sec 9(3) of the CGST act 2017.
