Is section 9(3) of cgst act extended or applicable,if applicable from what date in case we have not paid and return is filed for that particular month than how to pay

23 August 2018 Sec 9(3) of CGST Act related RCM is still applicable from 1st July 2017. The said Sec not Suspended in GST... Sec 9(4) of CGST act related activities only Suspended.

23 August 2018 Deposit with interest. RCM is not applicable on purchase, Read Sec 9(3) of the CGST act 2017.
