whether individual participate as a service receiver
in which circumstance Individual have to pay service tax and registered as service receiver

Under the reverse charge mechanism service receiver has to pay the service tax. Even though service tax is not applicable due to negative list, for the purpose of payment of service tax under reverse charge mechanism service tax registration is necessary
