hello sir, one of our client has paid security charges to an individual. whether RCM would be applicable under security services??

Applicability of RCM will depend upon the fact who is service recipient.as it is not mentioned it cannot be answered

RCM applicable if service receiver is Business entity registered as body corporate(i.e, company under company act or llp)
