06 September 2013 There is a case where the company btains services from a lawyer.

Then total amount of services received is Rs.3.6 lakhs.

As per the company the lawyer doesnt cross the limit of 9 lakhs for ST registration.

Is the ST as per reverse charge mechanism applicable here.
