08 March 2013 i just want to know that procedure for service receipent. what is exemptions? whether SSI exmeptions is available.

manpower supply services

08 March 2013 THERE IS NO EXEMPTION IS AVAILABLE ON IT.
YOU (SERVICE RECEIPENT) HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON 75% AND SERVICE PROVIDER WILL PAY ON 25% ONLY.

08 March 2013 On legal services no abatement. You need to pay on total invoice value under head of legal services. However if the provider is a company you need not pay under rev charge
