08 March 2013 THERE IS NO EXEMPTION IS AVAILABLE ON IT.
YOU (SERVICE RECEIPENT) HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON 75% AND SERVICE PROVIDER WILL PAY ON 25% ONLY.

08 March 2013 On legal services no abatement. You need to pay on total invoice value under head of legal services. However if the provider is a company you need not pay under rev charge
