change in works contract reverse charge mechanism from 1-10-14
please tell me taxable portion of service
please tell me taxable portion of service

The taxable portion on the service for other works contract has now become 70% from 60% earlier i.e 01.10.14. However, there is no change in the taxable portion for original civil works contract (construction) and remain as 40% and other civil works contract (finishing services) is same 70%.
