Reverse charge applicable on URD purchase

01 November 2019 Reverse charge tax was suspended on purchase of goods from unregistered dealers till 30th September, 2019. After this date no notice has been issued in this case. Do i need to deposit tax under RCM from the month of October, 2019 in GSTR 3B?

01 November 2019 As per GST (Amendment Act) 2018, section 9(4) has been substituted and now RCM shall be applicable only on specified services/ transaction as notified by the the Govt. Till now no services have been notified till date. Hence no RCM is applicable on purchase of goods from URD.
