22 June 2017 Is it clear that a Pvt Ltd Company has to pay GST under RCM on professional services (other than legal) received from unregistered professional (due to threshold limit) ?

22 June 2017 Yes if services provided to unregistered person than you have to pay tax on it.

22 June 2017 I read it carefully. Whenever registered person(co.) received any services from unregistered person then registered person is liable to pay GST under RCM.

23 June 2017 OK. Thank you very much. Does it mean that "All Services & Goods" are covered therein or Council has prescribed certain Services / Goods for the same?

Also some services are specified which are liable to pay tax under RCM.
