If reverse charge provision is applicable incase service is security service and service receiver is partnership firm

Reverse charge not applicable to partnership firm as a service receiver as it is not the business entity registered as body corporate.
However reversecharge applicable if you are LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP(LLP) as it is body corporate.
