Whether we have to pay service tax (reverse charge) on bus service use for our employee for Drop/Pick up ?

Yes, as per the provisins of the act
This falls under rent-a-cab service.
Your liability is to the extent of 40% of the taxable amount where the service provider is an huf, proprietor, partnership firm. Even if there is no partial charge made by him, still recepient has to pay under revrse charge
