REVENUE STAMP ON SHARE CERTIFICATE

My query is that wht amout of revenue stamp has to be affixed on share certificate from 1988 to till date. Whether there has been any change in amount of revenue stamp affixing on share certificate. If yes , then date of such change. state is delhi.

The stamp is to be affixed as per State rules in which the company is registered. You are talking a abou which state

the value of the stamps would be 0.5% of the value (no of shares x market value of shares as of today).
There is no revenue stamps now, it has to be done via franking.
