what is the limit above which revenue stamp must be put on cash vouchers in gujarat.If it is not put can it be disallowed under income tax act

Minimum for Rs. 1000/- under the stamp act, there is no separate act for gujarat

NO IT CANNOT BE DISALLOWED BECAUSE IT IS NON COMPLIANCE OF STAMP ACT AND NOT OF INCOME TAX ACT AS THERE IS NO PROVISION AS SUCH WHICH NEEDS FULFILMENT OF THIS CONDITION
