Confirm whether PCFC Loan taken in foreign currency will be revalued at TT Selling rate or Average rate

Loan taken means its ur liability.
U have to repay in foreign currency. So U will have to purchase foreign currency for payment of loan
so value at TT Seeling rate
Selling rate in pt of view of dealer.
SO if U will buy, he will sell.
