Revalidation of ipcc registration

i hd registered fr ipcc on 2/2/2009, n as rule one shld revalidate his registration after 4 yrs. n my registration has expired. I wanted 2 appear fr nov 13 exams so i hd cald icai so dey told me send d revalidatn applicatn n fill d exam form mentioning in d exam form dat u have applied fr revalidation. I hv already posted d revalidation applicatn on 13/8/13. So my query is whether is der any option available such as 'applied for revalidation'( to tick mark or sumthing) while filling online exam form???? Plz help ....!! as d last date of filling online exam form is nearing....!!thanks a ton!!!!!

you better take help of icai in this regards

if it is not possible to fill details in form you can send exam form specifying facts in a covering letter..however you go ahead with advise of icai
