20 August 2016 if i hv registered in nov12 for ipcc but nt able to pass ipcc so if m giving this nov16 attempt do i have to revalidate means re registration plz reply soon

IPCC Registration is valid for 4 years from the date of registration. After expiry of the said period, re-validation form can be submitted.

So in your case you are eligible for Nov 2016 examination (https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=9647)
