I have registered for Ipcc on Jan 2010. Since IPCC registration is valid for 4 years, I can appear Nov 13 exam no doubt about it, but my query is that my registration will expire on on Jan 14 & result will be declared in Feb 14 so will i have to revalidate my registration? If i dint then can i will get my result.

As on the date of result you need not to have valid registration. So even for the November 2013 attempt you didn't cleared your IPCC then first apply to the revalidation after announcement of results and them apply for the exams(note: need not to wait for the confirmation from the ICAI regarding re-validation for apply to the exams for May 2014).
