I AM UNABLE TO FILE MY INCOME TAX ONLINE,
IF I DOWNLOAD THE ITR 1 FORM(JAVA UTILITY)
THE PREFILL OPTIONS IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED.
I AM UNABLE TO FILE RETURNS.
IS THERE ANY SIMPLE WAY TO PAY AND FILE RETURN WITHOUT SUCH DOWNLOADS.
PLEASE HELP

Use the excel utility, fill the form offline, check everything, generate xml and upload it. Its quite simple.
