27 July 2016 I AM UNABLE TO FILE MY INCOME TAX ONLINE,
IF I DOWNLOAD THE ITR 1 FORM(JAVA UTILITY)
THE PREFILL OPTIONS IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED.
I AM UNABLE TO FILE RETURNS.

IS THERE ANY SIMPLE WAY TO PAY AND FILE RETURN WITHOUT SUCH DOWNLOADS.
PLEASE HELP
