When is the return to be filed by First stage dealer?
Can first stage dealer take input credit?
What records are to be mantained by first stage dealer?

After quarter end dealer return will be filed. Dealer can only pass the excise duty. he can not take the cenvat credit. he can only maintained RG-23D.
