Returning retention bonus

Hi Experts,
My company provided retention bonus of Rs.75,000/- along with November-2016 salary and income tax of Rs.8049/- deducted from my salary.
Now i am planning to leave the company and need to return the retention bonus back to the company.
Kindly help me how to get refund of tax deducted.

While leaving the Company, Company should deduct the TDS after adjusting the amount already deducted. It your TDS is still higher than the tax [payable, you can claim refund when you file the ITR
