One of client has not filed the income tax return since 2017 - 2018 financial year . The client is salaried person now how can i file the return online please help .

If tax has been fully deducted and no refund or tax payable you can't file ITR now.

Yes, he can file if any refund claim is there. File condonation request u/s. 119(2)(b) of act, get permission & file return.
